Policy:

• We expect your total satisfaction with every purchase you make from Agorabd.
• Refund must issue in full without the application of shipping or restocking fees.
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or recipient refuse to receive the product or the recipient is unreachable over phone or no one is available in the shipping address during delivery time. In such cases the order will be assumed as executed & no Refund will be made.
• Any product can be exchanged for the current retail price or receipted price whichever is lower within 72 hours of purchase with sale receipt.
• Items purchased during promotions will be exchanged at promotional price or current retail price whichever is lower.
• The Customer shall bear any difference if transacted amount is greater than exchanged amount. If transacted amount is lower than exchanged amount, no cash back will be given however customer can use the difference to purchase another item.
• Please note that Agora will not accept any return of products through their delivery man; if a product needs to be exchanged then the customer must physically come down to the nearest Agora store along with their receipts and exchange the product.
• Products will not be returned for Cash under any circumstances.
