- Agora shall process your order as soon as it is received.
- Delivery of products shall only be made within Dhaka city. Requests for delivery in other cities shall not be accepted at this moment.
- Customers can buy products through Agora e-commerce web site by one of two methods. They can either choose to buy scratch cards from the Agora card selling points( Agora outlets) & use them to buy the products or directly purchase the goods by using an International Credit card
- Two time slots for delivering the products are available for the convenience of the customers. They can either choose to receive the products from 10am-1pm or 5pm-8pm.
- It must be noted that a minimum of 24 hours is needed to process any order. Therefore, Agora will not accept any order unless it has at least 24 hours from the time of order to deliver the products. i.e. If a customer places an order at 10am today, then he/she can expect the product to be delivered between 10am-1pm the next day unless specified otherwise.
- Agora shall ensure that the products reach the customers in the best of quality.
